Years ago, Susan DeCesare was teaching her young girl students, and then noticed they were creating little purses out of duct tape! Well, they taught her how to make one, and she became so enamored with working with duct tape that when she was awarded the amazing opportunity to decorate one of the 200 cows in the 2006 Boston Cow Parade, she didn’t use any paint, she simply covered the entire cow in different colored duct tape! Thus the name, “Art Ducko!”.
